and fruits that fit perfectly with a vegan diet.
Vegan vs. Vegetarian
A vegetarian charter is similar to a vegan charter, but vegan's don't
eat anything with "a face or a mother", thus vegan charters
don't use milk products such as cheese. We are happy to cook vegetarian,
or vegan or simply allow you the option of enjoying a single vegetarian
meal during your time aboard.
All of our drinking water is made direct from our onboard watermaker.
This means no harsh chemicals such as
are added to our water.
We even have a special tap that fills water bottles direct from the
reverse osmosis water maker so you experience clear, crisp, chemical
free water squeezed directly from the tropical South Pacific ocean.
During the days while you enjoy the digestion of your vegetarian meals
consider a walk on the white sandy beaches, a hike into the hills or
an excursion where we can explore Tongan flora and fauna.

Note on Vegetarian Charters-Some specialty ingredients
are simply not available outside main city centers. For this reason
we sometimes ask our guests to receive packages of dry organic grains,
and other ingredients to bring along on your charter.
