Can't find vegan food when on holiday? We can help. Our chef, Co-captain Allison Thompson is a lifelong yogi and can design a diet specifically for you and your needs.

We are willing to cook without a drop of oil

Tonga is lucky to be a near perfect climate for growing delicious vegetables and fruits that fit perfectly with a vegan diet.

Drinking water

All of our drinking water is made direct from our onboard watermaker. This means no harsh chemicals such as

  • chlorine
  • fluoride

are added to our water.

We even have a special tap that fills water bottles direct from the reverse osmosis water maker so you experience clear, crisp, chemical free water squeezed directly from the tropical South Pacific ocean.

Exercise

During the days while you enjoy the digestion of your vegan meals consider a walk on the white sandy beaches, or a hike into the hills where we can explore Tongan flora and fauna.


Fresh fruit drinks

Start you day with a fresh smoothy made from locally grown fruits a few specialty New Zealand imports.

Locally grown

  • bananas
  • coconut
  • papaya
  • limes
  • pineapples
  • cherimoya

and many more exotic fruits grow seasonally and year round in Tonga.

Mix in a little

  • Spirilina
  • Cinnamon
  • Cardamom
  • Nutmeg

and we have a glorious day to start an amazing day of exploring, relaxing, and communing with many reef systems.


Breakfast cereals

Imagine a breakfast choice of specialty grains.

Choose between cold cereals such as

  • toasted musli
  • sprouted buckwheat

or cooked cereals such as

  • amaranth-with grated fresh coconut, cardamom, ginger, cloves, raisins, and dates

all topped with fresh tropical fruit

Note on Vegan Charters-Some specialty ingredients are simply not available outside main city centers. For this reason we sometimes ask our guests to receive packages of dry organic grains, and other ingredients to bring along on your charter.
