and fruits that fit perfectly with a vegan diet.
Tonga is a land of fruits. Every day the market is filled with tropical
varieties of sweet, juicy, ready to blend papayas, pineapples, watermelon,
bananas (many including verities including Mazana, and Lady Finger)

All of our drinking water is made direct from our onboard watermaker.
This means no harsh chemicals such as
chlorine
fluoride
are added to our water.
We even have a special tap that fills water bottles direct from the
reverse osmosis water maker so you experience clear, crisp, chemical
free water squeezed directly from the tropical South Pacific ocean.
Exercise
During the days while you enjoy the digestion of your vegan meals consider
a walk on the white sandy beaches, or a hike into the hills where we
can explore Tongan flora and fauna.

Start you day with a fresh smoothy made from locally grown fruits a
few specialty New Zealand imports.

Note on Vegan Charters-Some specialty ingredients
are simply not available outside main city centers. For this reason
we sometimes ask our guests to receive packages of dry organic grains,
and other ingredients to bring along on your charter.
